Placing an Order
How to Place an Order Online
Placing an order on NB Web Express is easy! Here's how it works...
- Select Your Shoes and/or Merchandise
After locating the shoes and/or merchandise you wish to purchase, add the item(s)
to your Shopping Cart by selecting the appropriate size and clicking the "ADD TO
CART" button. You may add as many items as you like, change item quantities, or
remove items at any time.
- Proceed to Checkout
Once you have finished shopping, it is time to checkout. From your Shopping Cart
select the BEGIN CHECKOUT button.
- Receipt/Order Processing
After submitting your billing, shipping, and payment information you will be taken
to an Order Confirmation page. This page will contain important order information,
including your Order Number. You should print this page for your records.
Payment Options
NB Web Express is proud to accept Visa or MasterCard.
To protect our customers, we verify all shipping and billing addresses with credit
card companies when processing orders. If you are having merchandise shipped to
an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed for verification.
Order Changes
If your order needs to be changed after it has been placed, please contact our Customer
Service department at 0800 101 2828.
At NB Web Express we process orders as quickly as possible. If an item you wish
to change has already been shipped, you will be required to exchange or return the
