FREE RETURNS
At NB Web Express, every item purchased is backed 100% by our Total Fit™ Guarantee.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from
us, return it to us within 30 days and we will pay return shipping costs.
Follow these easy steps to process your return:
- Call Customer Care at 0808 101 2828 or email us at service@NBwebexpress.co.uk to
obtain a return postal label.
- Print the postal label and attach to your return shipment.
- Drop off the parcel at the post office, your work or another Royal Mail drop-off
point. There is no need to wait in line, simply drop your package in the bag, free
of charge.
If you have any questions regarding a return, exchange or refund, please
contact us. We will be happy to assist you!
- Pack your product in the original box if possible.
- Refunds are generally processed and your credit card refunded within 5-10 business
days. This varies depending on your bank's processing time.
- If you would like an exchange, you must call Customer Care at 0808 101 2828
to place a new order. Any instructions you write on return packing information will
not be received.
- Please make sure there is never more than one shipment with the same label. If you
send a second shipment with the same label, it will be rejected by the system and
will not be processed. If you have to return more than one parcel, please ensure
that you request more than one label by calling Customer Care at 0808 101 2828.
